Breathwork
One-to-one Sessions
During a one to one session you will work directly with Tim to go deep into the underlying core woundings creating your current situations.
We will aspect into the root cause of current and past behaviours and then create an informed intention around our discoveries to release during a beautifully guided and deep trauma informed breathwork session.
You will be held powerfully and deeply to go into these past experiences, emotions and wounding to release and resolve them.
Tim works somatically and energetically with the physical and etheric bodies to seek out and release the trauma from where it is stored

Sessions run for between 2-2.5hours
Located in Cooloongup or Facilitated online via zoom for distant clients or those with busy schedules
Breathwork
Group Sessions
During a group session you will work with Tim alongside other members of like-minded individuals seeking to heal.
This is a great place to come and experience the power that trauma informed breathwork has to offer and really get in and release together in a more open environment.
These sessions can be so profound and powerful
Group sessions run for between:
1.5-2 hours (Shamanic)
2-2.5 hours (trauma informed)
